I'm Mandy, a Senior UX Designer at McGraw Hill, where I've been designing education products since 2021. As a former Graphic Designer and perpetual doodler, I bring both left and right-brain thinking to my work. I have particular passion for accessibility and inclusive design; I believe great products should work seamlessly for all users. I enjoy leading projects of different scales, mentoring designers, and collaborating across teams to bring ideas to life with clarity and empathy.
I'm a lifelong learner who stays curious about emerging design practices and tools. Most recently, I've been exploring how AI can enhance both user experiences and my own design process. Outside of work, you'll find me reading, drawing, exploring indie games, or picking up new skills.
